Matterport Hosting refers to the online storage and viewing of the Matterport 3D Virtual Tour, which allows potential buyers to explore properties virtually in an interactive and immersive way. This tour is hosted by Matterport, our vendor, and is provided FREE for the first 90 days. The virtual tour is live during this period and can be viewed online; it cannot be downloaded or viewed offline.
Each Game Changer package includes both branded and unbranded versions of the Matterport Virtual Tour. These tours can be integrated into the property’s website for enhanced visibility.
Hosting Duration & Extensions
- Default Hosting: The Matterport Virtual Tour is hosted for 90 days, which is typically enough time for the listing to be shown and sold.
- Extensions Available:
- Additional 90 Days for $95: Extend hosting for an additional 90 days.
- 1-Year Hosting for $195: Get 12 months of hosting at a great value.
Google Street View Integration
For added exposure, we offer an add-on that integrates your Matterport Virtual Tour with Google Street View, enabling users to seamlessly transition from the street view to the interior of the property.
