Since 1990, HPI has created nearly 200 first-time homeowners, offering Lease Purchase housing and affordable home sales for low-income families to achieve greater success. 

We care deeply about the people we serve. Our NeighborWorks America Homebuyer Education & Financial Counseling program provides life skills on finance management and budgeting for residents to reach greater financial freedom at their own pace. HPI’s HUD-certified Housing Counselors work one-on-one with you to create a financial plan, increase your credit score, and lower the cost of entry to homeownership by connecting you to a network of community mortgage lenders and down payment assistance programs. 

With a vision to support communities where affordable housing of choice is possible for everyone, HPI has over 300 single-family houses for Lease Purchase in a variety of neighborhoods, with a focus on West Louisville. We believe that quality affordable housing is a basic human right, and work hard to turn renters into homeowners.
