He purchased his first real estate investment property after graduating high school at the age of 18 and quickly began learning how to work on and fix up homes. From painting to drywall to tile and more, Dave spent the next ten years flipping single family homes to fund his rental portfolio. Though much of his manual labor days are over, it's his hands on experience that gives his clients a competitive edge. He understands HVAC systems, foundation issues, plumbing and electrical systems, etc.

With a background in renovating dilapidated properties, he is an expert in redesigning layouts, updating cosmetics as well as estimating a budget for any size renovation. Dave also specializes in real estate investing. As a investor who owns Lexington properties ranging from single family homes to AirBnB's to multi-unit apartment complexes, he understands how investors think and works with clients to tailor an investment strategy to suite their preferences. He has sold hundreds of homes all over Lexington and the surrounding counties and is consistently a top producer amongst his age group.
